The sound of Shatter Instinct is changing. We began in the known, building our songs and stories from mutual musical, artistic, and theatrical influences... Listen to our recorded music and you'll hear the echoes... We all know the names... Tool - Pantera - Metallica - Soundgarden - Deftones - Fear Factory - Nine Inch Nails - Pink Floyd - Primus, etc... amidst all the other progressive, hard rock, cinematic, and metallic acts we've been lucky enough to enjoy.
We've been lucky, and we've been praised. After dozens of performances, radio appearances, and the spread of our releases, we have crafted a good repertoire of material, established great contacts, and collected excellent experience, a healthy following and a mailing list with addresses in the hundreds.
We are now moving into the unknown.
Now, inspired by personal and professional circumstances and experiences, Shatter Instinct is evolving drastically. We would like you to contribute. Primarily, we are looking for DRUMMERS (comfortable with uncommon time signatures and double bass drumming) and we are looking for KEYBOARDISTS (with sequencing and programming capability.)

The only concerns we have are that you are talented, easygoing, and serious about music. We trust that you have equipment, experience, time, and can rehearse in the GTA. We know that your wish is to constantly write original music, and perform live as much as possible. You also have a sense of humour and don't mind being referred to respectfully as "dingo breath."
